• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the incident. When submitting a dispute, please include your account number, bet details, and any relevant information.
